Download all of the required documents below. Fill them out digitally, or print and fill out by hand, and take a picture of each document separately with your phone. Fill out the online registration form below and upload the completed required documents, then complete the preferred payment option on the form. You can also print out the documents and print all documents and turn into the registration table at camp/practice, and still fill out the online registration form.

Registration Fee: Football & Cheer (PayPal)
$400 with 4 hours of parent volunteer time. Once the 4 hours are completed, $50 is refunded.
$400 remains with no volunteer time.
(allowing funds for teen hire)
You can pay in full or with a deposit
$175 Deposit will save a spot on the roster.
Pay $225 remaining balance after deposit

Original birth certificate required for all divisions. Birth certificates can be turned in at practice and will be returned after the player is AVYFC certified.

Copy of Report Card or School Enrollment
Your children will be introduced to tackle football through experience, instruction, teamwork, and competitive games. Our teams learn the fundamentals of the game, along with the character of working as a team and the joy of football. We improve skills and prove Clovis Rebels are the best.

Team placement is determined by child's age on
September 1st 2025.
Through instructional cheerleading your child will learn the components of cheerleading from beginning stages to advanced. We individually choreograph dances and cheerleading routines. We encourage the cheerleaders to have fun and support their Clovis Rebels football teams at all levels.
